Availability:
All items in the store are in-stock, unless otherwise noted.
Processing Time:
All orders are processed as quickly as possible, and shipped within 5 days of receipt, usually sooner. Orders paid by check will be held until payment arrives.
Pre-Orders:
Any order that includes a new release pre-order will not be shipped until all items are in stock. If you wish to receive the other items immediately, please order them separately.
Shipping Methods:
All US orders are sent First Class (1-2 items) or Priority Mail. All others are sent via US Airmail First Class (or Global Express for an additional cost, if requested). For Russia, South America and other selected countries with spotty mail service, "registered mail" UPS or DHL will be used. Concert Tickets:
All ticket sales are final. Credit card payments are processed immediately; checks must be received no later than 7 days before the event; PayPal payments can be made as long as tickets are still being sold online.
